Service Requests
Quote requests submitted through this site are requests for review, not automatic acceptance of service. According to BoxRun terms, any service depends on shipment details, routing, timing, site access, equipment, and availability.
Shipment Information
Customers must provide accurate origin, destination, commodity, dimensions, weight, packaging, access conditions, dates, and any special requirements needed to evaluate and perform the shipment.
Pricing and Changes
Pricing and availability may change if shipment details, timing, access, routing, or requirements change before service is accepted.
Safety and Restricted Freight
BoxRun may decline freight that cannot be handled safely or that is prohibited, improperly packaged, inaccurately described, or inconsistent with agreed requirements.
Pickup, Delivery, and Documentation
Customers are responsible for accurate contact details, appointments, and site-access information. Pickup, delivery, status communication, and proof-of-delivery are handled according to the agreed shipment plan.
